Answer: When creating a new property, after filling your property name, tap Show advanced options just below the field, then tap Create a Universal Analytics property, and then Create a Universal property only. 

Note: The default option of creating a property doesn’t have a Tracking ID

Follow the step by step below on how to get your Google Analytics Tracking ID for Blogger or website.
  1. Open Google Analytics in your browser.
  2. Tap the setting (Admin) button located at the bottom left corner.
  3. Tap the Create Property button.
  4. Fill in your property name.
  5. Tap Show advanced options.
    • This is the important part, or else tracking ID will be missing as the default option doesn’t create any Tracking ID for that property.
  6. Tap Create a Universal Analytics property.
  7. Fill in your Website URL.
  8. Tap Create a Universal property only.
  9. Tap Next.
  10. Select a category for your website or Blogger.
  11. Tick any option of your choice.
  12. Then finally, tap the Create button.
  13. After your property is created, you will be redirected automatically to the Tracking ID page.
  14. Copy your Tracking ID for the property you’ve just created.
  15. Go to Blogger.com to insert the copied Tracking ID.
  16. Tap Settings on the left navigation bar on Blogger.com.
  17. Tap Google Analytics Property ID.
  18. Paste your Tracking ID into the field and tap SAVE.
  19. Done !!
